THANOS PAYMENTS SOLUTIONS L.L.C-FZ (also referred to as “TPS” “we”, “us,” or “our”) a company incorporated and registered under the laws of Dubai, U.A.E., License Number 2425011.01, registration address: Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, U.A.E.

TPS is the creator and owner of software for Payment Service Providers, Acquirers and e-commerce market (the “Solution”). We recognize and respect the importance of maintaining the privacy of our customers (each a “Customer”) as well as our Customers’ end users, using Customer’s website or mobile application (the “App”), in which TPS code required to implement the Solution in Customer’s App (each an “End User”) has been integrated. This Privacy Policy describes the types of information we collect from you when you visit and use our website (“Site”) and/or use the Solution and associated code, documentation and services provided by TPS in respect of the Solution (“Services”).
